I need some minow work in opencart website

I need the 3 works to be made in my opencart website
1. Remove the “OUR CLIENTS” section on the bottom home page (just remove that phrase and all the company logos) and replace it with the “ABOUT US” text content provided.
2. Add an ORANGE or PINK banner strip or blurb at my home page that reads
“We are currently experiencing a national helium shortage. We have tons of air-filled options to make your celebrations just as memorable! (Screenshot attached) (can be a starburst shape or similar)⚙️?
3. Create a new “contact us” page? The page that shows up after they submit their inquiry is ok. I don’t need to change that, just the contact us page itself! The customer will need to be able to fill out the following information:
