I need a software Arranging pickup canceled scooters from my customers
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
Hello,
I sell electric scooters in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I have to pick up canceled electric scooters with my truck. I am currently using google maps for this.
This is my homepage: https://elektroroller-futura.de/
I'm looking for software that coordinates the collection of the electric scooters. The software should also automatically make a collection appointment with the customer, preferably via SMS or e-mail, so that my employees don't always have to call the customers.
The software should also find the best and most effective route. I would prefer it if I uploaded all addresses and the software coordinated all pick-up times.
Is there such software and how much would it cost? It would be best if the software were in German, but English would also be ok.
Do you know such a software that fulfills all these points of my requirement?
Many Thanks
Best Regards
