I need a simple web manager for my nft game's tournaments.

I need a web client to connect with my already built API, it consists on a simple login (with pre-registered users) and simple CRUD operations to create, edit and delete tournaments for my NFT web game.
I have no preferred choice for the framework/library, just want it the simpler possible so i can take care of it in the future, i'm mostly a back-end and game developer.
