need a script to instantaneously paste fields from a google form to a specific web form

since we cant access API from the web service supplier, we need to transfer locally (on a pc or mac) a few fields, a couple radio buttons and a couple scroll menu options (birthdates/cities) from a google form (or similar service) to the web form that will be open on our pc, should be ideally a one click process.
