I need a programmer for automation of a process -- 2

As an ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon, we usually perform calculation of formulas to implant intraocular lens. To do so, we get the data from a JPG file that is exported from the medical equipment. Then we go online in three websites and type each of the data that is contained in the jpg file in each website, so we can get the calculation done, by different formulas, and compare them. What I need is to find a way to automate this process.
