I need a programmer

To build a completed platform similar to Tinder but customised to be unique to the design I present. I would like access to the platform granted to customers upon paid subscription or trial. And for the platform to enable linkage to external sources upon the customers request. If I can find a well suited applicant that impresses me there is more that I may request later if you want. I’m after a professional look and lower range cost.
