I need a php script with latest functions (phpmail, phpmailer, etc.) to send emails, automated by cron jobs in Cpanel of linux shared hosting at hostgator india.

Cpanel has roundcube but it allows only maximum 50 in Bcc. They also have mailing list concept but again it will be manual task for me + 500 mails in Bcc through mailing list will trigger spam detection in incoming email servers of the receipients. Hence, using php+cron.
Hostgator allows 500 emails/hr/domain and 5000/day. I will have 1 domain and will send you login details of linux shared hosting later. So setting a frequency of 2 mails/minute i.e. 2 × 60 × 24 = 2880 mails/day would be fine? Both 2 mail ids can be in To section, instead of Bcc?

2. Hostgator allows 5 email ids so 1 can be assigned to trap all Unsubscribe reverts. This is for cleaning the mail ids list . I should get all unsubscribe email ids from 1 email id hosting after 1 year.
3. My dB has 1M emails. To put it in dB of shared hosting, then fetch emails, 2 at a time, from the dB via php script. 1M / 2880 per day ~ 400 days of automated mail sending. I will monitor throughh To field which will have my email id. It may stop due shared IP blacklisting, etc. To avoid such instances, keeping sending at 2 emails/minute in To section itself.
Hostgator alllows 5 emails ids, 1 is to trap unsubscribe reverts. Remaing 4 are threre. You decide whether to use 4 email ids to send or 1 email id as domain will be the same + sending limits is per domain not per or 4 email id accounts.
After the delivery, I will test for 48 hours (it should be fully automated) and then release payment.
Please advise on modus operandi to avoid spam marking by incoming email servers. Outgoing email servers of hostgator will only block if shared IP is blacklisted, their set limits are boycotted (keeping only 2880/day instead of 5k/day mentioned by them), bounce rate will be 20%, or any other unforeseen reasons.
For testing purpose, I will share login details of hosting and 3k mail ids with you. Later I will add remaing 1M ids in the dB. Kindly make it flexible for this purpose, changing HTML message body text/spintext, etc.
