I need a php developer with app experience.
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a three tier membership system.
admin, user, company
With administration access to change anything.
Business access will have the ability to
1. list a company profile.
2. List future tasks available.
3. Search user database for suitable users with select skills.
4. Contact user chosen for task with user decided method. ie. app,phone or email
5. Have the ability to personaly rate and see other business ratings of each user with stars. Comments from all business available.
6. can see entire user profile.
7. Certify each task as completed and give a rating for said task.
User will have the ability to
1. Create profile similar to a CV. Listing all skills.
2. Have the ability to upload all relevent certificates and licences for admin aproval.
3. Have the ability to see all tasks listed by companies
4. Have the ability to apply for said tasks.
5. As each task is compleated. The task is listed in the users profile.
Users and businesses need to be able to join simply. ie. username and password.
Then in the profile be able to expand the information, so as to embellish.
As the admin adds new skills to the members area. The code needs to save that new skill in the database.
Initially I want to use this code in the security industry.
When the bugs are ironed out. I hope the code can be used of any niche.
When I reference an app. I really mean just an icon that directs straight to a mobile phone ready website.
