I need a option that i can upload your CSV files directly to my admin backend.

Note,although as you can see,it already has something like it place,the developers created that useless option to work with thier download sample.I need to upload from time to time entire csv or xml files and the way the developer created it,doesnt do me any good.The csv or xml files need to be imported directly into my database so i can add products directly into the store.
