need a moodle developer to work on payment gateway

we have a Moodle 4.0 and we need to develop a plugin to integrate visa and MADA payment using our TAP payment gateway the developer should customize any ready plugin for Moodle like stripe plugin for Moodle or any other plugin of choice the plugin should also send an invoice after payment is successful to the student will provide template .
