I need modify Stripe Plugin to make it SCA ready with new Stripe Payment Element

I have a plugin for Woocommerce that works with Stripe Charges api. However is deprecated and dont work with SCA Regulations for 3D Secure.
I need that someone can modify and migrate to the Stripe Payment Element like this example: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-element

Please check image from Old Charge Api and the new payment intent.

I need that the plugin can have the same functions, and only must migrating from charges api to Payments Api with the design of the new Stripe Payment Element

I will not provide access to my hosting, but i will provide the plugin for local test and modify
