i need a mass mx lookup and grep script

I have a list of domains (txt file one per line) belonging to the same country, what I want is that they return the subset of them that strictly have a specific MX value, to proceed with a subsequent massive elimination, I want the list or perhaps the script and its code, but basically the result of this operation.
