need an increment and decrement button with the quantity count at middle of increment and decrement buttons

I am looking for a developer to create an increment and decrement button with the quantity count at the middle of the buttons in place of add to cart button for a web platform. The desired functionality of the buttons is to increase and decrease the quantity by 1. I am open to suggestions for the design and style of the buttons.
