need help with Perfex CRm modules created by Codeigniter

Hey need little help with perfex CRM php

first of all I need to develope or edit Local SMS gate API

second need new tap called " التنفيذ"
where I can add customs fields

also need all field options to be conditional logic for example
if fieild number 1 == ok >> show field 2

my Maxumm budget for it is 80$
and I need it in less than 6 days
