I need help with Autocomplete Orders with Woocommerce (Read below)

Hello! I have a problem with 1 website. So I'm trying to create the function to autocomplete orders with woocommerce. I trying with some plugins to do this. But my problem is when I activate de plugin works fine and all orders change to complete once the client buys the product. But the problem is Woocommerce blocks the confirmation email and I don't receive any email about the shopping resume. (i also did it with code form in funtions.php and i get the same problem)
