I need a full stack developer

A cloud based web app. Database should be Postgresql. Data volume will be too low. We need to show monthly data as line, bar charts on the UI. Each user has their own dashboard. One database to serve all users. We need an admin panel to arrange user permissions for each user. Some users will see a limited number of graphs.
