We need to forward one particular URL from our existing email server url

Hello, we have our email server url. lets say the current email server url is https://mail.freelancer.com and previously we had used this main domain for a landing page. we had created one fixed QR that sends the traffic to https://freelancer.com/qr1 and we need to send the traffic from that particular QR "https://freelancer.com/qr1" to a new url. The new target for the QR is now to https://newqr.com/qr1. without affecting current email settings for domain. We have the domain in namecheap.com. Please ask any questions.
