I need fix for my website Connection attempt failed

Please i have an issue, I have set it up all completely, I am using the latest cpanel update and everything is working fine, I have done all configuration. When i finish setting it up, I get issues of

Connection attempt failed

My database information is correct, everything works fine. i dont know what the problem is.
