I need an expert in subscriptions with Facebook (webhook)

Hello, I already have my page access token working to receive comments on my Facebook live videos, but for some reason subscriptions do not send me these comments automatically.
If I do a test to send data to the API, it sends it, so the endpoint seems to be configured correctly, but I don't understand why Facebook doesn't send this to me automatically, I'm already subscribed to the feed on page object.
Anyone who has experience with this please write "udine" so I knows you read the post.
