i need a expert on API

I have sheet that fetches website position from google API, I want further modifications in the sheet. The developer working on it earlier has got busy in some other projects. So I need a apps script developer who can continue from there on. The modifications that I need further on it is; 1. moving the API keys in a sheet with limitted access becasue the sheet on which actual API will be running will have access to team members as well so we don't want the API key to be in those sheets. and this code is designed in such a way that it fetches API keys from that file. 2. We need to add multiple API keys so that when ever the limit for an API key is reached it automatically moves to next API key. 3. I want a side bar with all the options that exists and are to be added further. 4. In the Google search API there are options for demographics, language, etc. I also want them to be added in that side bar so that we can change them as per our needs when ever we want. 5. The code added in here right now works in a way that, In column A there are key words and in column B there are web links, when ever we run the script, the script fetches the keyword and finds the web position according to that keyword searched. Now as we will be creating a single sheet for one client so we want the script to run some other way like, we will be putting the web link in a cell may be thorough the side bar created. So geting the link from a column I want the script to take the web link from that cell only.
