I need a email bounce checker coded

I need a coder/programmer/developer to create an email bounce checker for me to check the good emails from the bad emails. I do not want any service I have to pay for constantly. I just want a bounce checker I can use to check emails whenever I please. Simple just upload the email list and check through it at a very fast rate.
