I need an efficient way for video platform with membership
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hi, basically the idea is that there will be several memberships. For example basic, premium, gold. Once person registered as basic membership, they will see limited videos on video page, like 10 videos. Premium membership will see more, and gold will see all videos.
1-Which way is the efficient for video platform? I would like to make it like Netflix, once person close the platform and open from other device, the video should play where it closed not from beginning.
2-With Youtube is this possible to do?
3-What kind of structure is the best for this kind project? PHP, React or any other?
