I need a custom WordPress plugin for geolocation based products

Project Brief:
It’s an online marketplace store where consumers come to buy grocery food from it. Suppliers are the local shops which they themselves handle the shipping of the orders as well.
Because each vendor has a distance limit and coverage area where they will deliver products to customers the platform needs to include a map drawing plugin which would enable them to choose the area in which they are going to operate and deliver products, hence the products needs to be displayed to users according to the location from which they are browsing the platform. And the products needs to be limited to the range of products which are available within the certain defined radius of vendors coverage area in map.
For example if user is accessing website from location X and this X location comes under the radius of vendors then products available within that area should be displayed otherwise not.
If in case there are no products sold by vendors in that area then it should display a message to user: no products available in your location and we are planning to come soon.

The website uses Riode theme with woocommerce and WordPress with WCFM plugin to manage marketplace and vendors
