We need to create Custom City Map editor using Mapbox -- 2

Hello,
We are looking for a developer who can build a "Custom City Map Editor" tool for our customers on our site.
We have WordPress and Woocommerce.

You can use the functionality (developer tools, JS, code) from Mapbox.com.

Freelancers should have experience with Mapbox.

What we a looking for, step by step:
- A customer creates a map on the "Custom City Map Editor" page: choose the location, style, size, etc.
- The map must be generated on the server as two files: JPG and PDF (in high resolution).
- After creating the map and making a payment the customer receives the link to files in automatic mode. The link will send to the customer's email.

We will use the following sizes.
Inches: 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 12x16, etc.
Centimeters: A5, A4, A3... 30x40, 40x50, 40x60, 50x70.
Total: 20 sizes plus custom size.

Variables:
- Styles by default, Custom style, Layout, Sizes, Labels, Markers, etc.
