I need a Custom AI chatbot to answer questions. The chatbot should get question from user. If it is in Tamil language, convert it to English, then get an answer from chatGPT, then convert back to Tamil using Microsoft bing translation api. Save queries to db.
Use cookies to restrict users to a 10 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour time gap after successive queries.
