We need an admin for our website (PHP Laravel)

We have a quite complex e-learning platform which is online, but it has many smaller and bigger bugs.
We need someone familiar and experienced with PHP Laravel who can help us
1. to fix 20 bugs per months
2. to be available for urgent problems (if a student cant log in/if a teacher has a problem) within 24 hours.
We offer a long term fixed monthly income for this.
