need to add functionalty to custom code

i have custom code applied to my product pages that allow me to build the product from products, it also check the stock status of the products when pressing add to cart if there is one out of stock it will give popup with the products that out of stock.
i can see that the products added to the cart but its not showing the notfication that products added to the cart, i can also see that when visiting new product after adding products it will show coupon code applied,
i think there is problem with the ajax need to fix that
