I need access to a wordpress website I own but cannot authenticate ownership - help! -- 2

I need help to gain access to a wordpress website (www.therowancentre.com) that I own in order to delete it. It is out of date and looks like it has been hacked. It is hosted by wordpress. I do not have access to the server, the domain, log in details, my old emails or anything else. I am unable to authenticate ownership. One Freelancer has tried so far but failed. Maybe you know someone who works for wordpress that can help? I have a UK photocard driving licence which can be used to prove who I am.
