I need Zen Cart Developer & Support -- 2
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are looking for someone who can do upgrades, mobile templates, but most important of all - provide tech support to our 200 strong Zen Cart client base.
Such Tech Support involves responding to daily Client Support Requests, resolving issues arising and emailing clients with resolution details
Here is how our Support would work - you would use our Support email address - you would receive emails most days with tech support problems/requests - you would enter your work and time taken to resolve any issues into our Support Tracking Report
This is an ongoing requirement and the applicant we select must be able to provide Support to our clients for years to come.
