I need a Stripe expert

My company sells a lot of products through Stripe. On our Stripe "Products" page, is a list of everything we have sold in the last couple of years. It is a mess. I need someone to organize the list, and input certain things into the list with current pricing, while archiving other things.

There are about 300 more items to be input, and the list is about 100 items long.
