I need a Stripe Expert to help with the following

We are contemplating building an enterprise platform for managing music festivals and music entertainment venues. The enterprise platform would be a white label, web-based application, branded uniquely for each festival/venue with embedded functions for a festival /venue client to sell physical tickets for on site attendance at the event, streaming tickets for remote access and watching recordings of the event and an online merchant store for selling artist and festival related merchandise. We want to use Stripe as the main payments platform. We want Stripe to operate so that each festival using our enterprise platform can generate sales through their white labeled version of our web-based eCommerce application with the revenues flowing through our main Stripe enterprise platform payment gateway but accounted for separately in each connected or custom Stripe account. The process would extract our fee for each transaction and the client (festival or venue) would be able to go into their stripe customer or connect account and draw funds. We would also want the client to be able to use Stripe in their connected/custom account for issuing invoices to their suppliers and receiving payments from their suppliers.
