I need a PHP class to connect to Etsy API (using OAuth)

I'm looking for someone who can provide a PHP script/class that will simply connect to the Etsy API, generate the request & access tokens, secrets & verifier through OAuth and store these in a file locally (.json or .txt). Then finally, using these tokens, create a sample API request to get some data from Etsy. In PHP 5.
It doesn't have to be pretty, just has to work. I have had a look at some of the existing PHP wrappers for the Etsy API but they are quite bloated, typically 5-10 years old with little to no support. I have also had very little luck in getting a successful connection to the API, so here looking for someone who can assist.

In terms of an account to connect to, Etsy is free to sign up to and only charges for listing/transactions fee's. A free signed up account should be enough to test against.
