I need a PHP Developer for a fix on a custom coded PHP site.

I updated our PHP version to 7.4 and now receiving the error, Function get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated, when exporting or importing excel sheets. Instead of the excel sheet, we get a quirky error message, below. Seems to be related to the documents our site normally pulls or imports.
