I need an OCR tech developer

We are a courier platform and need an API developer for the following problems
1. Detection of opening in cargo package
Our cargos are delivered by public transport passengers so we need to confirm the safety of the cargo during delivery. Our solution to that is to have couriers take a picture of the opening of the package(which is supposedly sealed) when the cargo is handed over to make sure there is no monkey business. Therefore an API solution that is able to identify if the packaged is open or not needs to be developed.
2. Automatic order filling
By uploading a screenshot of a WhatsApp/ message, the API is able to extract the information inside and fill in the order automatically.
