I want to develop a subscription website with membership protected content where customers get access to 400 bank auction property listings per week (property listings also include a downloadable property report). I upload the 400 property listings weekly every Friday via a CSV file or something. Each property listing expires on the date the bank is set to auction it off. This website is to service property investors looking for bargains.
