I need a Joomla expert

I need a freelancer developer to help me solve a problem with my Joomla.

I need to add a new image to a slider, but for some reason, I can't access the admin administrator. Apparently for a CSS problem.


I have this site on production.

1- Fix the CSS problem.
2- After finishing with the problem add a new image to my main slider.
3- I can not give you access to my server, so all the job must be done through my computer.

- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience debugging PHP
