I need a Joomla, Gantry 5 and PHP consultant

We had a custom Joomla application coded in PHP utilizing Gantry5/RocketTheme. That project has finished and now we would like to make some modifications to user interface to our database. We want to shrink the whitespace, address the mobile presentation, and move some links around to different pages. You can view our website at https://alkhamsa.org. The Homepage is too large and long for viewing on a mobile. Then go to the dropdown at the top of the page for "Roster" and use the Pedigree/Breeder search. In the horse name put the name Hallanny Mistanny then click Submit. When horse names are returned click on the first one to see the pedigree layout we wish to compress, the entire page actually.
