I need a Facebook Graph API Developer

We have a funded project that wants to collect Facebook posts and their number of likes and shares, etc., from the public pages of some farmer's markets and farms. We noticed that to do so, an app needs to be developed on Facebook, approval needs to be received from the Facebook account holders, and a review of the app needs to be completed by Facebook before we start to collect data via the API. Can you help us build such a Facebook app?
