I need a Data scientist

I have a database with the daily sales of some stores, combined with the meteo and splitted in 30 minutes slots. I need a model able to make previsions of the future sales based on that and it should be also able to be integrated in a website. So, ideally I need a solution able to export a CSV, run a model with the sales and the weather up to date and based on that to do the forecast from scratch for the next 4 days, but it should also have some sort of API to be integrated in a website. I uploaded a draft of the CSV to make it more clear.
