I need a Ballot Box PHP simple website

Hello! I am needing a freelancer to create a website in PHP to count live vote results.
The site will have 2 types of profiles, admin and pollster. The admin can log in and create ballot boxes, edit, delete and assign a specific ballot box to a pollster.
The pollster can only log in and view a ballot box if it was previously assigned to him.

Features:
-Create ballot box, edit, delete and assign to pollsters.
-Share image of partial and final results
-Be able to place a profile picture of each candidate.
-Calculate live voting results without leaving the page
-Calculate margin of error.


Note:
-You can use bootstrap or any other framework you want.
-You can create a database and create an admin user and a pollster user just for testing.
-When the work is finished you must deliver all the files and database.

If you do a good job you will be hired for other projects because there is a lot of work to be done.
