I need FB API with Page Public Content Access for my website.
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a social exchange platform (similar to kingdomlikes or addmefast) (PES Pro/Powerful-Exchange-System-Pro), I have been trying to request an API from FB with the permission of Page Public Content Access (which allows sharing the fb posts on the platform to earn points). The fact is that FB has rejected my proposal 2 times because I am not sure how to create a video with step-by-step instructions detailing how the app will use the permission or the function, according to Facebook policies. (Because if I still don't have that API working, I don't know how to show how it works on the web).

What I need is help from someone who has experience in requesting Facebook APIs to make the video and explanation for me that guarantees that FB will accept it. Or preferably someone on a new fb account, request an API for my platform and do the request process.
