modify woocommerce api plugin

i have plugin called pgs-woo-api related to android and ios app template for Wordpress woocommerce shop
this template known as Ciayshop
I bought it before from codecanyon.net
it has login activity with email and password
I asked ciyashop project owners for customization
I needed to login with phone number and everything were good
they modified the API plugin to use phone number as username instead of using email
but the thing is that plugin has been automatically updated and I lost the customization on it
I couldn't reach out with ciyashop owners to redo it
so I need someone to do it and modify the API plugin to use the phone number instead of email
