modify a addon for zcart theme

The system allows you to create subscription plans for sellers, this allows you to sell to suppliers. I think this function is not new to anyone.
I need a plugin to be developed for this theme. The plugin specifically must be able to limit customers from purchasing if they do not have a contracted plan.
The plugin must be able to handle these points:
1. **Customer Access Control**: Restricting purchasing capabilities to only those who have an active subscription.
2. **Subscription Plan Management**: Allowing the admin to create and manage different subscription plans, including the ability to add discounts.
3. **Integration with Active Payment Methods**: Ensuring that the modified plugin can integrate with your existing payment gateways for smooth transactions.
Must include that the user can subscribe to an article that I will put up for sale. This item must be configurable as a subscription sale only.
This subscription must be unique and different from the subscription that enables customers to purchase. This module works with all additional modules without creating any conflicts. including the Local Subscription module for suppliers.
