i want to make payment system is to have the feature which holds the payment on the website until both parties are agreed to withdraw/hold the amount until the customer release the payment to host and then it split between me and host, and from my side I can release to host any time , similar to Freelancer.com and Airbnb and Alibaba
Note: around 90% of payment feature are done / payment only after job done
