material usage tracking web application

I'm looking for an experienced Laravel developer to build a web application to track fuel deliveries to clients with following requirements.

Backend: PHP with the Laravel framework.
Database: MySQL.
Frontend: Bootstrap5.

Features & Functionalities:

Client Management:
Admin can create and manage multiple client accounts.
Each client account can have a list of trucks.

Driver Management:
Maintain a list of drivers for fuel delivery trucks.
Drivers need to log in before accessing client/truck records.

Fuel Delivery Process:
Drivers can scan a QR barcode on client trucks' fuel tanks.
Post scanning, drivers will record the amount of fuel filled.
Once fueling is done, drivers request the client manager's signature for the delivery receipt.
The system will automatically generate a PDF summary of the fuel delivery, which will be emailed to the concerned parties.

Admin Backend:
Secure admin login to oversee all operations.
Manage clients, their trucks, and drivers.
Generate summaries based on client and day.

User Authentication:
Utilize Laravel's built-in authentication system.

QR Code Integration:
Integrate PHP libraries for QR code generation and validation.
Drivers will scan QR codes using mobile devices, and data will be entered into the application.

PDF Generation:
Use Laravel-compatible packages like "laravel-dompdf" to generate and email PDF summaries of fuel deliveries.

Responsive Design:
The entire application will be mobile-responsive using the Bootstrap framework, ensuring usability across devices.
