making opencart extension compatible with latest tcpdf that supports php 8+

I am looking for a talented freelancer to help me make an Opencart extension compatible with the latest version of TCPDF that supports php 8+. I'm currently using version 3.x of Opencart and I do have access to the source code of my existing extension.
