make a site page function as virtual printer

I need my page to be able to show up as a network printer virtually. I then need to receive print requests and parse them into useable data.

I do not care what web-based language is used or if you have access to an api to do this. I cannot seem to find one or much information to start the coding myself.

The square app that I currently use runs on android and shows up to an ios app as a printer. It receives the print and displays the data. I want my own access to the data and to be able to do this from a webpage instead.

I know php can send print jobs. I just cannot find any way for it to use this same method to process them.
