make simple website for me which post website image and clickable image to facebook

I need a simple website which post image + click link to facebook and i attached sample of post what type of post i want using website.

options available on website
Image(upload) button
Title button
Url button
Post button...

after post complete to facebook
The image must be looks like normal image and once click on it then it should be redirect to Url provided in backend
