make redirect file to another domain ( maybe hacces )

we printed an static qr code with the following link https://qrmymenu.m0oz.com/docs/menubooat9000nieuwalcohol.pdf thats uploaded to an server.. we would like to make an redirect file to upload with the same name so we dont have to make new qr codes .. this new uploaded file with same link should redirect to another website.. for example gloriafood.com
