make changes on Laravel/VUE.js based website

Problem is,
Google is considering my site (https://vsexshopgdlalcala.com.mx/) as a single page application so it is not indexing my site

So, i want

1: Change website from single page app to multi page.

For example product
https://vsexshopgdlalcala.com.mx/#/producto/pd2637-11-neon-luv-touch-neon-bullet-pink
to
https://vsexshopgdlalcala.com.mx/producto/pd2637-11-neon-luv-touch-neon-bullet-pink

For example category

https://vsexshopgdlalcala.com.mx/categoria/afrodisiacos

2: generate sitemap.xml dynamically so it contains all links of website (including static pages, categories and product pages).

3: find a dynamic meta tag strategy so all pages meta tags have contents according to page.

End Result
i want all pages of my site index in google perfectly
